1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cosmic OS services, APIs, executable skill files, or platform features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Cosmic OS is an AI Memory Operating System and Knowledge Synthesis layer. The service ingests customer-authorized operational communication data (Slack, Email, Support Tickets, Jira, Databases) to build a structured Knowledge Graph and generate executable AI skill files and real-time live query APIs.
3. Data Ownership & Non-Training Guarantee
100% Data Ownership: Customers retain exclusive ownership of all raw data, processed knowledge graphs, and generated skill files. Cosmic OS claims no intellectual property rights over customer data.
Zero Public Model Training: Cosmic OS guarantees that customer data, communication logs, and synthesized business rules will never be sold, shared, or used to train public LLMs or third-party AI models.
4. Customer Obligations & Access Control
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their API credentials, account keys, and integration webhooks. Customers agree not to transmit unauthorized illegal data or attempt to reverse-engineer Cosmic OS proprietary synthesis algorithms.
5. Security & Encryption Commitments
Cosmic OS maintains industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Optional dedicated single-tenant VPC deployments are available for enterprise customers with custom compliance requirements.
6. Service Level Commitment (SLA)
For design partners and enterprise plan customers, Cosmic OS targets 99.9% uptime for the Live Query API (`POST /v1/query`) and automated daily knowledge consolidation jobs.
